Framberry is hiring the people who’ll make our London wellness clubhouse what it is. We’re building a friendly, inclusive team of baristas and café crew who love good drinks and looking after people — no experience required for many roles, just warmth, energy and a willingness to learn. We’re not a faceless chain, and we’re not trying to be. Framberry is a brand built on warmth — towards customers and towards each other — and that starts behind the counter. Here’s what that means in practice:
- Proper training. You’ll learn to pull a great espresso, whisk ceremonial-grade matcha, blend real-fruit smoothies and build our signatures, with support to get genuinely good at it.
- Room to grow. We’re opening in London in 2027 and growing into a franchise from there. People who start with us early have a real path — to shift lead, to management, and beyond.

- Joyful work. It’s hard to have a bad shift making puppychinos for dogs, babychinos for toddlers and Piña Coladas in pineapples for people who light up when they see them.
The roles
As we approach opening, we’ll be recruiting for roles such as:
- Baristas & café crew — making drinks, serving customers and keeping the bar running with care.
- Shift leads & supervisors — running great shifts and bringing the best out of the team.
- Management — leading a site, its people and its community.

Who we’re looking for
People who are warm with customers, reliable with their team, curious about good coffee and matcha, and happy in a fast, friendly environment. You don’t need a CV full of café experience — plenty of our best people will be starting fresh. You do need to genuinely like people, take pride in the details, and share what we stand for: real ingredients, real welcome, quality without snobbery.
