About Framberry
Framberry is London’s wellness clubhouse — a smoothie bar and speciality coffee shop built around the way the city actually lives: the run that needs a coffee at the end of it, the class that turns into a catch-up, the morning that’s better with somewhere warm to land. We make fresh-fruit smoothies, ceremonial-grade matcha, proper speciality coffee and joyful non-alcoholic signature drinks. Everything is vegan-, halal- and kosher-friendly, and everyone — including the kids and the dog — is genuinely welcome. We open in London in 2027.
Our story
Framberry started with a simple frustration. London is full of places to drink — but very few that worked for everyone at the table. The matcha was either bitter or buried in sugar. The smoothies were dessert pretending to be health food. The cafés that welcomed the dog didn’t always welcome the dairy-free, the halal, the kosher or the kids. And the most exciting wellness brands had decided that “exclusive” was a feature.
We wanted the opposite: a place that’s proper about quality and relaxed about everything else. Speciality coffee and real Japanese matcha, made with care. Smoothies blended from actual fruit, honest about their sugar. A signature drink so joyful you can’t help but photograph it. And a door that’s open to your run club, your yoga class, your toddler, your dog and your dietary requirements without anyone having to ask twice.
That’s the wellness clubhouse. Not a juice bar, not just a coffee shop — the place the wellness generation calls its local.
What we stand for — the five pillars
Everything we do ladders up to five things.
1. Genuinely wellness, never preachy. Real fruit, oat and coconut milk as standard, honest sugar, and an unsweetened option if that’s your thing — but delivered with joy, not a lecture. We’ll never call anything a “cheat” or make you feel bad about a hot chocolate.
2. Community is the product. Framberry is the bit after the workout. We’re built around run clubs, studios, early mornings and the catch-up that follows — programmed on purpose, not just a sofa in the corner.
3. Everyone’s welcome. Everything is non-alcoholic. Most of the menu is vegan. It’s all halal- and kosher-friendly. The kids get a babychino, the dog gets a puppychino. Inclusion as a feeling, not a list of restrictions. See allergens & nutrition.
4. Joyful and shareable. The Piña Colada in a real pineapple, the puppychino, the babychino, the colour. The bits that make you smile and reach for your phone.
5. Built to be opened by anyone. A transparent, fully-supported franchise — the opposite of the closed, opaque big names. We want Framberry to be opened by people who love it, in the neighbourhoods that need it.
Our founder
Framberry is founded by Ivan Siyanko. The idea grew out of a love of speciality coffee and proper matcha, and a conviction that wellness should be warm, honest and open to everyone — not a members’ club. Ivan’s ambition is twofold: to build a smoothie-and-coffee brand Londoners are proud to call their local, and to make it genuinely franchisable, so anyone with the drive to run a great little business can open one. Transparency and support for franchisees aren’t an afterthought here — they’re the whole point.
Sustainability
Doing this properly means doing it responsibly — from how we source our beans and fruit to how we cut waste, choose our cups and treat the people who make your drink. It’s a work in progress, and we’d rather be honest about that than overclaim. Read more on our sustainability promise.
