Allergens, Nutrition & Dietary Information
Everything Framberry serves is non-alcoholic, most of our menu is vegan, and all of it is halal- and kosher-friendly. We use oat and coconut milk as standard, blend smoothies from real fruit, and aim to be genuinely honest about sugar. This page answers the dietary questions we get asked most. Detailed, dish-by-dish allergen information will be available at every Framberry counter and online when we open in London in 2027 — and if you’re ever unsure, just ask the team.

Is everything at Framberry non-alcoholic?
Yes — everything we serve is completely non-alcoholic. That includes our signature Piña Colada served in a real pineapple, which is alcohol-free, and every lemonade, smoothie, coffee and matcha on the menu. There is no alcohol anywhere at Framberry, which is part of why we work so well for run clubs, families, sober-curious Londoners and anyone who simply fancies a brilliant drink without the booze.
Are Framberry’s drinks vegan?
Most of the Framberry menu is vegan, and we make it easy to keep your whole order plant-based. Oat and coconut milk are our standard milks, so coffees, matcha lattes and hot chocolates can all be made dairy-free without paying extra or feeling like an afterthought. Our smoothies are fruit-based and our lemonades are vegan. A few items contain dairy or honey by default — for example anything made with whole milk, or a babychino with marshmallow — but there’s a vegan way to order almost everything. Look for the vegan marker on each menu item, or ask the team and we’ll point you to the plant-based options. Browse the smoothies and matcha menus to start.
Is Framberry halal-friendly?
Yes — everything at Framberry is halal-friendly. We serve no alcohol and no pork, and our drinks are made from ingredients that are suitable for a halal diet. Because there’s nothing on the menu you need to avoid on those grounds, there’s no menu-scanning or second-guessing: you can order anything. If a specific location pursues formal halal certification, we’ll display it clearly at that site. In the meantime, if you have a question about a particular ingredient, the team will always be happy to check.
Is Framberry kosher-friendly?
Yes — Framberry is kosher-friendly. Everything we serve is non-alcoholic, contains no pork or shellfish, and our menu is built to be suitable for those keeping kosher. As a dairy-and-pareve drinks menu with plenty of plant-based options, it’s straightforward to order in line with kosher practice — for instance, choosing oat or coconut milk keeps a drink pareve. Any formal kosher certification (for example KLBD) will be displayed at the specific location it applies to. If you’d like to check the detail of a particular drink, please ask.
What dairy-free and milk alternatives do you offer?
Oat and coconut milk are standard at Framberry, at no extra charge. Every coffee, matcha latte, hot chocolate and chai can be made with oat or coconut milk instead of dairy, and our smoothies and lemonades are dairy-free by nature. Oat milk is our go-to for foam — it steams and froths beautifully, so a dairy-free flat white or matcha latte tastes every bit as good as the original. Whole milk is available too if you prefer it. So whether you’re lactose intolerant, dairy-free by choice, or keeping a drink vegan, you’re well covered.
What about allergens?
Framberry drinks may contain or come into contact with common allergens — including milk, tree nuts, coconut, soya, sesame and gluten — depending on what you order and how it’s made. We take this seriously. Full allergen information for every item will be available at the counter and online when we open, and our team is trained to talk you through ingredients and help you order safely. Because drinks are made fresh in a shared space, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, so if you have a serious allergy, please tell the team before ordering and we’ll do everything we can to help. For the UK’s 14 named allergens and general guidance, the Food Standards Agency is a reliable source.
How honest are you about sugar?
As honest as we can be. Our smoothies are made from real fruit, which contains natural sugars — so a fruit smoothie is not a low-sugar drink, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we won’t do is pile in extra syrups and sweeteners to chase a sugar high. Our matcha is naturally sweet and served unsweetened by default, our coffee has no added sugar unless you ask, and you can always order a lighter, less-sweet version of most things. We’d rather you enjoyed a genuinely good drink and knew what was in it than sell you a dessert dressed up as health food. For more on this, see our smoothies guide.
Allergen and nutrition information here is general. Detailed, item-level data will be published at launch. If you have a specific medical, allergy or dietary need, please speak to our team — and, where relevant, your GP or dietitian.
