About Framberry, for journalists
Framberry is a London smoothie bar and speciality coffee shop — a “wellness clubhouse” — opening in 2027 and built to grow into a transparent, fully-supported franchise. We make fresh-fruit smoothies, ceremonial-grade matcha and speciality coffee for the wellness generation: runners, yogis, gym-goers and the families and dogs who come with them. Everything we serve is non-alcoholic; most of it is vegan; all of it is halal- and kosher-friendly. We’re founded by Ivan Siyanko.
If you’re writing about wellness, hospitality, the sober-curious shift, the matcha boom, or independent food and drink in London, we’d love to help — with quotes, interviews, images or a visit once we open.
Story hooks
A few angles we think are genuinely worth a story:
- The Piña Colada in a real pineapple — completely alcohol-free. Our most photogenic drink, and a neat way into the wider sober-curious and non-alcoholic trend.
- A “wellness clubhouse”, not just a café. Framberry is designed around run clubs, studios and the social bit after the workout — community as the product, not an add-on.
- Everyone’s welcome, by design. Non-alcoholic, mostly vegan, halal- and kosher-friendly, family- and dog-friendly — including a free carob puppychino for dogs and a babychino for kids.
- The anti-Joe-&-The-Juice franchise. A transparent, supportive franchise model with published costs — plus capital-light “Powered by Framberry” bars inside gyms and studios.
- Matcha, done properly. Real ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha at the centre of the menu, riding one of the fastest-growing drinks categories in the UK.
- A founder story. Ivan Siyanko on why London needs a wellness clubhouse and what “genuinely wellness, never preachy” means in practice.
