These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Framberry website and any orders, gift-card purchases or services you make through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Framberry; “you” means the person using our website or buying from us.

2. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt the service or impair anyone else’s use of it. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if necessary.
3. Information and accuracy
We take care to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, including product descriptions, allergen and dietary information, and prices. However, we can’t guarantee that everything is always free of errors. Menus, availability and prices may change, and some items may be unavailable. Where allergens or dietary needs are critical, please check with us directly before ordering or consuming any product.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website (for example, click and collect), you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already confirmed. Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time of ordering, and you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Gift cards
Where we offer gift cards, the following applies. Gift cards may be redeemed in person at Framberry once we are open, towards the value of eligible products. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be reloaded unless we state otherwise. Any expiry period and full redemption details will be made clear at the point of purchase. Please treat gift cards like cash — we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards, or unauthorised use, except where the law requires. Specific gift-card terms will be published on our gift cards page when they launch.
7. Your right to cancel
Where you have a legal right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will honour it. Please note that perishable goods (such as freshly made food and drink) and certain other items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Framberry name, logo, text, images, graphics and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. For press and media use of our brand assets, see our press page.
9. Our liability
We provide our website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including our social channels at @frmbry. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the site or place an order. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
